Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for unbreakable cargo.

Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:
  • Crimea
  • Luhansk
  • Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea
  • China
Free standard shipping is valid for most selling regions.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

WHAT’S THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME (EDT), AND HOW IS IT CALCULATED?

Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques. But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:
Products being out of stock,
shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts,
service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions.
Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat, and we’ll take a look.
